Basic Rules to play Cricket in Sports Academies

Teams and Players: Cricket is played between two teams, each consisting of 11 players. Each team takes turns batting and fielding.
Batting: Two batsmen are on the field at a time.
Bowling: Bowlers deliver the ball towards the batsman from one end of the pitch.
Scoring: Runs are counted based on the distance covered by the batsmen between the wickets or from boundary hits.
Innings: A match typically consists of two innings per team in longer formats like Tests or one inning per team in limited-overs formats.
Equipment: Players use bats made of wood, balls made of leather and cork, and wear protective gear such as helmets, pads, gloves, and leg guards.

General Pricing Structure

  1. Hourly Rates: Hourly rates can range from $20 to $100 or more per hour,
  2. Day Rates: Day rates can range from $100 to $500 or more,
  3. Monthly Membership: Rates range from $40 – $100 per court per hour based on the date, time, space required, availability, and the number of days you are requesting.
  4. Annual Membership: Field rates range from $90 – $40 an hour, depending on the amount of space needed.
  5. Group Sessions: Rates might be slightly lower per person, often ranging from $5 to $15 per person per hour.

  • One-Day Internationals (ODIs): Limited-overs matches where each team bats and bowls for a single inning, typically lasting around 8 hours.
  • Twenty20 (T20): A faster-paced format where each team bats and bowls for a single inning, with the entire match completed in about three hours.
